What does it cost?

The Page is $497, The Page + Brand is $1,497, The Site is $2,497, The Site + Kit is $4,497. One flat price each, paid once, yours to keep, no monthly fee to keep the site up.

How long does it take?

About a week after the identity call, you see three directions. The week after that goes deeper and gets specific. Then a final call, and it goes live.

What happens after I pay?

A few short questions, most people finish in one sitting. Then about an hour with us. Your card is charged once, and the identity call is booked from your receipt. The Page runs from a guided intake instead.

How much of my time does it take?

For The Site: a few short questions, the hour, a 30-minute call for your directions and a final call before launch. You don't need anything figured out, because that's what the calls are for.

Can I get a refund?

The Page, The Page + Brand, The Site, The Site + Kit and Brand System Build are non-refundable once the work has started or a session has been booked. Cancel before either of those and it is a full refund, no argument. Digital products, the Identity Pack included, are final sale: no refunds. The Identity Pack comes with free remakes for 30 days instead.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for the heavy lifting. Never for the listening, the identity decisions or the final eye. One of us is on every call, a person signs off on every Blueprint, and a person approves every screen before you see it.

Can I update it myself after?

Yes. You change the everyday things yourself, your main photo, the words at the top, your links, your hours, in a simple editor that comes with every size, from The Page up. No code and no monthly fee. Bigger changes we do, by the hour or on a monthly plan.
