Who you are dealing with.

These terms cover stolanacres.com and our read, operator and reinvention subdomains. Shop terms are separate. We are in Michigan, and Michigan law governs.

Digital products, services and physical goods.

• Digital products: The Identity Pack, The Operator and Reinvention OS.
• Services: The Page ($497), The Page + Brand ($1,497), The Site ($2,497), The Site + Kit ($4,497), Brand System Build (from $12k) and Brand Stewardship.
• Physical goods, from the shop.

A small number of clients, on purpose.

We take a small number of clients at a time on purpose. Scope is in writing, and there are no surprise invoices.

What comes back, and when.

• The Identity Pack ($27): all sales final, with 30 days of free remakes. The exceptions are a double charge, or a pack that was never opened.
• The Operator and Reinvention OS: not refundable.
• The Page, The Page + Brand, The Site, The Site + Kit and Brand System Build: not refundable once work has started or a session is booked. Cancel before either and you get a full refund, no argument.
• Brand Stewardship: cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Physical goods: 30 days from delivery.

You own what we make for you.

We keep our method. The BRICK and BASE frameworks stay ours.

What we cannot promise is a business outcome. We promise the work, done properly and to the scope we agreed.

Stripe, Shopify and privacy providers.
