How does it start?
One intuitive, industry-aware flow. A few real questions, a handful of photos, and a sample of how you sound. It is built to make clear who you actually are, not to make you fill out a blank brand brief alone. Most people finish it in one sitting.
Do you use AI?
We do, and we are honest about it. We love AI, it is a phenomenal tool for us, keeping us organized and making sense of everything you share. But identity is different. That part is always human led. A real person reads your name and your work and decides it is right before any of it reaches you, because the thing that matters most, you finally feeling seen, should never be handed to something that cannot feel it too.
Why identity before a logo?
Because a logo built on a guess is a guess with nicer edges. When the identity is named first, every visual decision after it gets easier and holds up longer. Get the order wrong and you rebrand again in eighteen months. We refuse to start at the doorway.
